Warranty

All goods supplied by EI Battery Solutions are stated to carry a 10-year warranty.

Warranty enquiries and claims are handled through the registered electrical contractor that supplied or arranged the goods. End customers should contact their installer first; the contractor then contacts EI Battery, and we handle the claim directly with the contractor. Ask that contractor for the applicable warranty terms, scope, exclusions and claim process.

Product-specific warranty documents supplied by the manufacturer are available on the relevant product pages. This statement does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
