Returns & claims

Please inspect the goods and packaging on receipt. If goods appear damaged, short-shipped or incorrect, note the issue with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly. Include your order or invoice number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the goods and packaging. Keep the packaging and affected goods until we or the carrier advise what to do, and cooperate with reasonable enquiries needed to assess the claim.

Prompt notification assists investigation and any freight claim but does not affect rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under law.

Changes or cancellations after order acceptance require our written agreement and may be subject to reasonable costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by law.
